Australian expert offered Academic Writing training

On Sept 9th , at the request of ISWC, Dr. Marhgaret Cargill from the University of Adelaide, South Australia gave a lecture on academic writing for graduate students of ISWC. He was visiting Xi’an. More than 120 graduate students of ISWC attended the lecture. Students said that foreign expert gave a systematic explanation on academic writing and would be helpful for them to write papers in English. University of Adelaide is a partner for the BHP Billiton Program of the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and undertakes the tasks for the training of academic writing. Each year University of Adelaide would send teachers to the related institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences to conduct academic writing training.
